Best-selling young adult author and entertainer David Walliams is no longer with his longtime publishing house, according to an announcement.
A spokesman for the publisher said: "After careful consideration, and following the appointment of its new CEO, HarperCollins UK has decided not to publish any new titles by David Walliams."
Media sources suggest that the conclusion was reached following an investigation into claims about questionable actions directed at female individuals.
The publisher did not confirm the motivations for this action, stating: "It is not our policy to discuss internal matters."
A Highly Successful Literary Career
Walliams stands as a most successful children's authors, boasting over over six tens of millions of copies globally in five dozen languages.
His first children's book, *The Boy in the Dress*, was released through HarperCollins in 2008.
Some of his titles, such as *Gangsta Granny* and *Billionaire Boy*, have also been adapted into TV movies.
His bibliography includes over four dozen titles in total, encompassing a Christmas book titled *Santa & Son*, which was released through HarperCollins this past October.
